Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Board should submit a short (no more than two paragraphs) bio/resume by April 15th, 2023. Bio’s/Resume’s can be submitted via email to bdrpoa@yahoo.com or by mail to BDRPOA, P.O. Box 248, Westcliffe, CO 81252. All candidates will be placed on a ballot for consideration and vote by BDR property owners. Nominees should have a desire to assist in interpreting and applying the governance rules/guidelines of the Association on behalf of ALL property owners, a willingness to assume a variety of responsibilities including officer duties, attend regular and special meetings as may be called or scheduled, not be in arrears of annual dues and/or fines, and a willingness to devote the time and attention needed to address Association issues and overall management.
