The Bull Domingo Ranch Property Owners’ Association, Inc. (BDRPOA) is a
private, not-for-profit corporation governed by protective covenants,
bylaws, and governance policies and rules with Articles of Incorporation
filed with the State of Colorado Secretary of State.
Being a member of the property owners’ association has both benefits and
responsibilities. All property owners are encouraged to actively participate on
a committee, to serve on the Board of Directors and must follow the BDRPOA
protective covenants, by-laws, and governance policies and rules.
Property owners are provided with a complimentary copy of the following
governance documents. Additional copies may be purchased for $5.00 each,
plus postage, or they can be printed from the links below.
